Make sure that your RFP for LMS is as descriptive as possible. Try to respond to questions like: <em>why your organization need to buy an e-learning solution?<\/em> Involve every relevant person in the process and think about the people who will use the system. During this research stage, you can think of creating an LMS vendor selection criteria list. It can be anything you consider important; pricing, expertise, client base, technology preference, security, \u00a0location etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>2. Describe your organization, the nature of your project, the type of contract, contract award criteria, deadlines, selection criteria. The Purpose and Background<\/strong>: <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This section is to elaborate further on who your organization is and answer what you want to achieve with your LMS.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Section III. The Scope of Work:<\/strong> A detailed description of users, of what you expect the LMS Vendor to deliver and all the responsibilities involved.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Section IV. Requirements and Terms of Contract:<\/strong> A consistent structure in terms of content, information, and documents are needed for the people evaluating the proposals. Also, for LMS Vendors it is important to know the length, start date and end date of the contract, and the options for renewal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Section V.
