Presenting at the Learning Solutions Conference : The Power of LMS and CRM Integration on March 19, 2014

 

Does your LMS (Learning Management System) needs a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) integration? This will be one of the main topics of my presentation at the upcoming Ecosystem 2014 Learning Infrastructure and Strategies conference at the Learning Solutions 2014 Expo in Orlando. 

I will be speaking about the benefits of integrating your LMS and specific considerations when integrating a Learning Management System (LMS) with a CRM, for example with Salesforce CRM.

This session will explore ways that sales training managers can solve the problem of quantitative measurement of the impact of training on sales performance.

Participants will examine the use cases of CRM and LMS integration and the benefits of training for sales, customers, and partners. You will see demonstrations of the various triggers within a CRM and a few examples of how these can be used to deliver relevant content based on the needs of learners. You will hear about the different kinds of reports that can be built by combining LMS data, such as course enrollment and scores, with CRM data, such as account name, geography, account type, etc. You will see ways of implementing single sign-on (SSO) between a CRM and an LMS.
